食品機能学（重村）研究室の助教 宮内先生が学会で「Oral Presentation Selected Award」を受賞

食品機能学（重村）研究室の宮内先生が、2026年8月13日〜17日にパシフィコ横浜にて開催された「ICPH 2026 & ICoFF 2026」で「Oral Presentation Selected Award」を受賞しました。

宮内先生は、『Development of a novel method for dipeptide sequencing using a single-quadrupole mass spectrometer: Identification of food-derived peptides in human blood』という演題で受賞しました。

この研究は人の血液中へ移行する食品由来のジペプチドの網羅的検索を目的とする研究です。
